S jedne strane stalno smo suo\u010deni s podacima o pretilosti djece, s druge strane postoje izbirljiva i zahtjevna djeca koja gotovo ni\u0161ta ne \u017eele jesti. Ne\u0107emo ulaziti u razloge i genske sklonosti lo\u0161im prehrambenim navikama djece, nego pomo\u0107i roditeljima koje mu\u010di ili jedan ili drugi problem, da steknu osje\u0107aj za pribli\u017enu koli\u010dinu hrane koja je potrebna djeci ovisno o dobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dnevni unos kalorija za djecu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za po\u010detak \u0107emo navesti broj kalorija, pa ni\u017ee u tekstu opisno objasniti koliko bi to i koje&nbsp;hrane bilo. Dnevni unos kalorija za djecu ovisit \u0107e prvenstveno o dobi, odnosno godinama, zatim o spolu, te o navikama i dnevnoj aktivnosti djece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umjereno aktivni&nbsp;DJE\u010cACI ovisno o dobi trebaju dnevno:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 godine &#8211; 1.000 kalorija<br>\n3 &#8211; 5 godina &#8211; 1.400 kalorija<br>\n6 &#8211; 8 godina &#8211; 1.600 kalorija<br>\n9 &#8211; 10 godina &#8211; 1.800 kalorija<br>\n11 godina &#8211; 2.000 kalorija<br>\n13 godina &#8211; 2.200 kalorija<br>\n14 godina &#8211; 2.400 kalorija<br>\n16+ godina &#8211; 2.800 kalorija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umjereno aktivne&nbsp;DJEVOJ\u010cICE ovisno o dobi trebaju dnevno:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 godine &#8211; 1.000 kalorija<br>\n3 godine &#8211; 1.200 kalorija<br>\n4 &#8211; 6 godina &#8211; 1.400 kalorija<br>\n7 &#8211; 9 godina-&nbsp; 1.600 kalorija<br>\n10 -11 godina &#8211; 1.800 kalorija<br>\n12+&nbsp; godina 2.000 kalorija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Naravno djeca koja se bave nekim sportom, a posebno djeca koja profesionalno treniraju&nbsp; trebaju vi\u0161e kalorija.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko va\u0161e dijete pojede u vrti\u0107u?!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako va\u0161e dijete jede u vrti\u0107u (uzimamo za primjer gradskih vrti\u0107a u Zagrebu koji imaju dobar standard prehrane) ono ve\u0107 u vrti\u0107u unese oko&nbsp;75 posto dnevnih potreba za nutrijentima i kalorijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primjer prosje\u010dan dnevni jelovnik:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Meni 1.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; kola\u010d s vo\u0107em &#8211; oko 250<br>\n___________________________________________<br>\n<strong>Ukupno&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; oko 1.150 kalorija<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treba uzeti u obzir i razgovarati s odgajateljicama kako i koliko va\u0161e dijete jede u vrti\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neka djeca \u0107e od svega pojesti po malo, te im treba kod ku\u0107e, nadoknaditi kalori\u010dnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neka djeca \u0107e uvijek tra\u017eiti jo\u0161 jednu porciju u vrti\u0107u, pa bi popodne trebala jesti laganiju i manje kalori\u010dnu hranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ispod navodimo kalori\u010dnost slatki\u0161a i sokova kako biste lak\u0161e mogli kontrolirati kalori\u010dnost:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mali smoki (40 g) &#8211;
